Position: Sr. SAP IS-U Consultant
Location: New York City, NY
Contract duration: 6 Months
Skill Required:- SAP ISU (Customer Care and Services) & CR&B (Customer Relations and Billing) areas
Job Details:
Desired years of experience* : At least 10+ years of total experience with Information Technology and Strong experience in SAP ISU.
*Mandatory Job Details:
Must Have Skills (Top 3 technical skills only)*
• Below are few key processes in which the resource should have sound skills from the SAP ISU & CR&B areas
o Analytics
o Credit & Collections
o Device & Field
o Finance
o Payments
o Usage & Billing
o Customer Interaction Management
o Products & Programs
• Sound knowledge of Creating Test Strategy and Test Plan,
• Anchoring the Defect triage and coordinating with Stake holders on deliverables.
Nice to have skills
• Automation awareness,
• Interface knowledge
• Automated Metrics creation
Education/ Certifications (Required) : Bachelors / Master's Degree from an accredited institution.
Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the subcon to shoulder and execute*:
Anchoring the Testing activities for SAP ISU, CR&B implementation,
Managing the Testing team and Coordinating with the Stake holders on the Testing deliverables
Note: CANDIDATES MUST BE YOUR COMPANY'S W2 EMPLOYEES.
