need someone  with 10 + yrs  exp with java 
--need someone with 4 yrs of SOAP  exp  

Education:  
Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems or mathematics
 
Skills/Experience: 
 
Required:
4 + years of experience in application design and development in Java
Experience in developing Java Web Services using JAX-WS, JAX-RS, JBossWS (AS7) or Apache CXF framework
Experience with Web Services security and Java security layer
Experience and proficiency in SOA applications
Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with other teams
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Very good attention to detail
Ability to produce clear and concise documentation
Experience working with end users
Travel Domestic/International less than 10%

Required Technical Competencies:
Java 1.6 or higher, JSF, Spring, Hibernate, CSS, JSON, JavaScript, AJAX, JQUERY, OO Design & OO Programming, Eclipse IDE, JUnit, XML Technologies, JAX-WS, JAX-RS
 
Preferred Technical Competencies:
Tamino XML Database
