Title: Performance Tester

Location: Charlotte, NC

Duration: 12 Months +

 

Job Details: 

 

Must Have Skills 

·         5 years of progressive performance testing experience using Load Runner tool

·         Experience in developing multi-protocol (web, database, terminal emulator/mainframe, etc.) advanced scripts that follow object oriented framework HP LoadRunner (Performance Center) 

 

Nice to have skills

·         Performance engineering experience

 

Desired years of experience : 8+ years of progressive IT experience in Performance testing/engineering

 

Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the subcon to shoulder and execute:

 

·         Evaluate non-functional requirement documents and develop a Performance Test Plan/Strategy document that includes short and long-term test objectives, types of tests required, workload matrix, scenarios, etc.

·         Develop performance test scripts, test execution scenarios for various types of tests such as load, stress, duration/endurance, and run tests

·         Document test results, suggest improvements and develop custom made summary reports to satisfy both technical and non-technical stakeholders
