Title: Senior Cisco Voice Engineer

Location: Atlanta, GA

Duration: 6 Months

Hiring: Contract

 

Job Details:

o   Implementation of Cisco Unified Communications Architecture:
o   Configuration and Deployment of UCM Servers

o   Cisco Unified Communications Manager version 10.X , 11,X

o   Dial Plan and endpoint configurations
o   Voice Gateway configuration and deployment
o   Troubleshooting - Implementation of Cisco LAN/WAN Infrastructure
o   Switch & Routing - Configuration and Deployment
o   Network Migrations
o   Testing and Troubleshooting
Requirements
-                      8+ years' experience in IT, Networking, and Telecommunications
-                      5 + years' experience with Cisco Unified Communications products
-                      Hands-on configuration experience with Cisco UC products
o   Dial Plan configuration
o   Cisco Voice Gateways
o   Cisco endpoints (IP phones and soft endpoints)
o   Voicemail
o   SIP -  5 + years' experience with Cisco LAN/WAN Products
o   Catalyst 4500, 6500 series

o   Cisco Wireless experience strongly desired
o   Cisco 3750s (core) and 2960s (access layer)
-              Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
-              Excellent customer relationship skills required
-              Cisco CCVP or CCNP-Voice strongly desired
-              Cisco CCNP strongly desired
