Job Title: Cisco UCCE Consultant (Contact Center)
Location: Miami, FL
Duration: 12 Months+
Rate : $50/Hr Max..

Responsibilities:-
Discuss & Gather Project Requirements with Business Analyst/Technical Team
Perform an Impact Analysis, both Technical and functional as needed
Validate Architectural solution, Develop Design document

Required Skills:-
Senior IT Technical Lead to support FPL on Contact Center Projects to work with different carriers like ATT, Verizon, Fibernet, Sprint, and others vendors.  Also, the Tech Lead requires knowledge on the following systems:
Cisco UCCE Solution including CVP (Nuance)
Aceyus Reporting
Verint
ClickFox
