Job Description: Must Have Skills (Top 3 technical skills only)*
1.Senior IT Technical Lead to support FPL on Contact Center Projects to work with different carriers like ATT, Verizon, Fibernet, Sprint, and others vendors. Also, the Tech Lead requires knowledge on the following systems:
•Cisco UCCE Solution including CVP (Nuance)
•Aceyus Reporting
•Verint
•ClickFox

Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the subcon to shoulder and execute*:
1. Discuss & Gather Project Requirements with Business Analyst/Technical Team
2. Perform an Impact Analysis, both Technical and functional as needed
3. Validate Architectural solution, Develop Design document

 

Any additional information you would like to share about the project specs/ nature of work
i.Definition of Services 
•Discuss & Gather Project Requirements with Business Analyst/Technical Team
•Document all the required paperwork according to FPL standards.
•Perform an Impact Analysis, both Technical and functional as needed
•Do Functional Analysis and support Business Analyst on technical functions as needed 
•Conduct Unit Testing when applicable
•Create and Execute Test Scripts when applicable
•Support Other Teams in Unit Test, System Test and UAT
•Participate in Release Planning and Management
•Post Implementation Support
•Validate Architectural solution
•Develop Design document
•Review Design document
