Location: Fort Worth TX
Contract 6+ months
Description:
Designing, developing and implementing Business Intelligence (BI) solutions in Business Objects using Teradata and HIVE / HDFS.
Responsibilities and Expectations:
· Qualified candidates will have a background in enterprise development. Candidates will be working with various stakeholders to develop comprehensive reporting in Business Objects, and also assisting to develop reporting standards for programs and operations.
· Design, develop, and deploy new BO universes, cubes, reports and dashboards with Data sources from Teradata and HIVE / HDFS
· Access existing BO Universes to re-use existing components.
· Design and develop complex Framework manager packages for ad-hoc reporting and report authoring
· Technical Skills:
· 5+ years of professional experience using BI tools like BOBJ, Tableau, Teradata and HIVE
· 2+ years of data modeling experience using Framework Manager utilizing star schema and conformed dimensions
· Verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, customer service, leadership, and interpersonal skills
