Okaya's client is looking for below onsite position:

Job Title: Java application Developer

Location: Rockville, MD

Duration: 12 Months onsite contract(Corp to Corp)

Note: Need GC or US Citizens

Mode of Interview: Face to face

Job Description:

The Department of Technology Services (DTS) Integrated Justice Information Systems (IJIS) Program is building and implementing an integrated Jail Management System (JMS) to further automate the work and business practices of the Montgomery County Department of Correction and Rehabilitation.  DTS/IJIS seeks to bring on a resource to supplement its existing development team to assisting in the development of applications to support this effort.  To meet this objective:

• Contractor will provide a technical staff to provide application programming efforts for the Integrated Justice Information Systems team's JMS development work

• Contract staff will work with existing project team, including existing developers to develop in accordance with standards and procedures already in process

• Contract staff will report directly to the IJIS Program Director.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 7-8 years of IT Exp.

• Strong knowledge of Google Web Toolkit

• Spring framework

• Strong knowledge of JPA v2.0

• Strong knowledge of Java

• Strong user-level knowledge of Eclipse (or other integrated development environment)

• Strong knowledge of Oracle/SQL

• Strong knowledge of Linux

• 9/10 comm. skills (very strong)
