Position: QA Analyst/Engineer
Location: Cypress, CA
Duration: 12 Months+
Interview Process: Onsite Interview
Rate: $45 CTC
Candidates must be LOCAL to Southern California and eligible for hire (Green Card, US Citizens, EAD).
Skill Required:
· Experience with automation testing (SoapUI/REST) is required along with Cucumber and Gherkin experience.
· Experience in an Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) model that includes, First Time Automation of acceptance criteria.
· Project experience with agile development of an API or service layer
· Restful services
· Gherkin and Cucumber - Gherkin is the language that Cucumber understands. Gherkin serves two purposes — documentation and automated tests. The third is a bonus feature — when it yells in red it's talking to you, telling you what code you should write.
· Rally ---- Intermediate
· Selenium with Jenkins and Code Hub ---- Expert
· Database - SQL ---- Intermediate
· Mark Logic Database ----- Beginner - This is a nice to have
· Soap UI ----- Intermediate
· Unix - Basic Commands ----- Beginner
· Intermediate-level Quality Assurance Analyst with 3-5 yrs experience in quality assurance and 1-3 yrs experience in Agile development methodology. Should have considerable project experience in an Acceptance Test Driven Development model that includes, First Time Automation of acceptance criteria. Project experience with agile development of an API or service layer is a major plus. Skilled in analyzing requirements, development of user stories, building and reviewing test plans and cases/acceptance criteria, and defect management is mandatory. Excellent written and verbal communication skills is also required. The following skills listed below are also highly desired:
