Our Direct Client is looking for the candidates for below mentioned position.
Role : Tibco Admin
Location : Wilmington, OH
Duration : 6+ Months
Interview : Phone & F2F, will Skype if not local but please no one from way out west of east coast
USC, GC, EAD-GC Only
The successful candidate will be responsible for researching, designing, building, testing, deploying, analyzing, administering, and maintaining hardware and software infrastructure technology components to meet current and future business needs as it relates to TIBCO. This includes monitoring and controlling the performance and status of technology components, and providing technology component support and problem resolution.
Tasks and Responsibilities
· Solution support team experience with a multi-faceted role; solving problems and diagnosing complex issues on complex system.
· Problem diagnosis, development of functional requirements, system design documentation, system test plans and other related documentation.
· Design, implement and manage TIBCO domains including resource management, security policy management, and application management.
· Install and configure TIBCO EMS highly available/fault tolerant servers, queues, topics, routes, zones, users and groups.
· Configure, deploy and migrate TIBCO projects across different lifecycle environments using TIBCO Administrator GUI and scripted deployments.
· Monitor TIBCO environment using Administrator, Hawk and other tools.
· Develop and manage hawk rulebases.
· Troubleshoot and tune TIBCO installations, Business Works processes/JVMs, and other processes.
· Research, evaluate, plan and implement new technical products
· Discusses technical issues with the software and hardware vendors
· Communicates technical issues with internal and external clients
· Collaborate with other internal and external IT teams to ensure effective systems availability
Required Skills and Experience:
· Experience on TIBCO mainly on EMS, Business Works, Hawk, Adapters etc.
· A minimum of 3+ years experience in a technical role.
· Experience / knowledge required in the following technologies; Windows Server Platforms (Server 2008); Active Directory, Backup Software and Processes.
· Experience/ knowledge familiarity with Red Hat Enterprise Linux server technologies on x86 platforms servers.
· Customer service focused with excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. Must be able to effectively work with customers, coworkers, vendors and supervisors
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
· BA or BS degree in CS, IS, or Systems Engineering preferred
· RHCE (Red Hat Certified Engineer) preferred
· MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) preferred
· MCP+I (Microsoft Certified Professional + Internet) preferred
