Description:
8-10 years of experience. Business analysis experience in Payments domain. Responsible for Business Requirements gathering and analysis for our investor relations systems Collecting, understanding, and transmitting the business requirements for the project, and translating these into functional specifications and detailed test plans
Communicate effectively on technical and non-technical issues with all internal and external interfaces
Document workflows and results of business analysis and obtain sign-off from users on the specifications
Analyse and document business processes
Identify and agree with the Client and Business Managers, appropriate solutions to deliver the benefits as defined
Proactive, well organized, detail oriented, process strong decision making and ability and work independently
Demonstrate excellent analytical and logical thinking to understand and analyse complex business processes
Provides guidance and direction to the various business groups on achieving further efficiencies and achieving their goals
