Primary Skills: Data Modeler
Responsibilities:
1. Extensive experience in establishing standards and guidelines for the design & development, tuning, deployment and maintenance of information, advanced data analytics and text mining models.
2. Provide leadership in establishing analytic environments required for structured, semi-structured and unstructured data.
3. Proven track record to drive rapid prototyping and design for new projects.
4. Ability to translate broader business initiatives into clear team objectives and concrete individual goals, aligning appropriately with other groups for efficient, coordinated action.
5. Experience in strategy roadmap for enterprise data, implementation and data management for new data sources, publicly available data and advanced Data Analytics systems.
6. Extensive expertise in both Oracle and Teradata database, as well as data modeling, both logical and physical.
7. Extensive experience in multidimensional data modeling, such as star schemas, snowflakes, normalized and de-normalized models, handling slow-changing dimensions.
8. Solid experience with Data Warehouse, extensive experience for collecting business requirements from customers, and transform the requirements into DB data processes and data schema.
9. Knowledge in one of the following environments: DB2, SQL Server
