Title        : .Net Developer with C#, SSIS, ETL

Location : Jersey City, NJ

Duration : 6+ Months with possible extensions

 

Interview Mode : F2F only  (local candidates who can go for F2F)

 

Atleast 10+ Years of Experience required.

 

 

Must be strong SSIS and strong C#.NET (or could be strong Java) programming  (NOT just for programming SSIS Packages)

Banking/financial experience is preferred, if not then the candidate must be super strong in SSIS/C#.

 

Skills Mandatory : ETL, SSIS, SQL, MS SQL Server AND strong C#.NET skills.

Initial term 6 months with possible extensions.

Primarily be responsible for Database/ETL related design, development and documentation and should have very strong prior experience pertaining to database programming and ETL processes. Strong C# skills.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

-                Systems Design, Development and Support
-        Data Analysis / System Analysis
-        Design and development of data warehouse applications and related ETL processes
-        Unit Testing – planning, execution and evaluation
-       Issues resolution
-       Migration planning

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS

 

• 12+ years of relevant work experience
• Design and development of DWH applications and related ETL processes
• Strong knowledge of MS SQL Server, SSIS, and SQL Jobs
• Strong knowledge in T-SQL, Stored Procedures, Functions etc.
• Good understanding of Oracle database design and data modeling
• Strong C#.NET skills
• Understanding of both Windows and Unix based systems

 

ADDITIONAL PLUS Skills

 

• Writing custom packages for SSIS
• Unix shell scripting
• Ability to troubleshoot technical/application problems
• Ability to analyze and document business and process flows
