Position: Data warehouse Architect
Location: San Francisco, CA
Duration: 12 months
Rate: DOE
Job Description:
Someone with the experience in BI space with knowledge of tools like
ERWIN/INFORMATICA/BO and oracle PL_SQL.
Understand existing DW models and business functionality behind it.
Identify the differences between SAPdata feed and existing DW presentation layer
and create gap reports.
Modify/Create data models using ERWIN
Create mapping specs for ETL developers to load SAP data into existing DW tables
with minimum changes to existing table structures.
Understand existing ETL process
Know Business Object
Creates and maintains the enterprise data flow diagrams, system diagrams,
business and logical systems integration as it pertains to BI.
Strong experience working with metadata repositories and Erwin
Strong working knowledge of MDM processes, governance, and platforms
Master-level knowledge of relational databases, Data Warehouse, business
Intelligence solutions, and data integration architectures
Modeling/Design experience for high-performance platforms such as Oracle Exadata
Applicants must have significant Oracle experience with strong PL-SQL skills
strongly preferred.
Ability to function at the platform architect level as well as the application level
is required.
