Suggested Screening Questions:
1. What version of Spring do you use?
If they don't answer with 3.x or 4.x, then they probably don't use the tool often enough.
2. What modules of Spring are you familiar with?
If they struggle with answering this question, they probably don't know the tool well enough. We are most interested in them answering with Spring MVC.
3. What are some of the advantages in using Hibernate?
Hopefully the way they answer will give you a sense of their confidence level.
