Position: WEBUI Developer
Location: San Ramon CA
Duration: 12 months contract
The Online Support User Experience team is seeking an experienced web developer/prototyper to build amazing web pages and web tools for our customers.
The ideal candidate lives and breathes HTML 5, CSS 3 and Javascript, knows how to create code that works across platforms and on multiple devices, and has the technical savvy to solve just about any bug that might come up in testing.
Deliverables include both prototypes necessary for business validation and usability testing and production-ready code. The candidate will also serve as a knowledge resource for the latest trends and technologies within user interface design and web development.
Own requirements by driving concepts and user experience development.
Develop design wireframes, mockups and navigation maps into life. Imagine complex data sets in easily comprehendible ways.
Develop overall brand. Extend brand to intuitive interactive model and user experience.
Develop clean well executed design concepts.
8 years working as a web developer for large customer-facing websites or equivalent experience
• Expert at HTML and CSS, with a passion for producing clean, standards-compliant code
• Expert at Javascript and Web UI tools
• Strong experience with developing and debugging Javascript-based and object-oriented web applications
• Experience with coding for responsive design
• Understanding of server-side technologies preferred
• Good Experience with web-application frameworks like Angular.JS
• Ability to work in design files like Photoshop or Sketch to export slices and make sprites
• Angular JS and Java script a must
• Experience working within a User Experience team or regularly collaborating with UX designers.
Coordinate with business and technology teams, business analysts and developers.
Own UI design developmemt with product design and engineering teams.
