·         Very good communication and articulation skills

·         Experience in IT infra project management, managing budget and schedule

·         Ability transform the requirements into objective, tasks and timelines

·         Hands on knowledge on Microsoft Project Professional

·         Knowledge on

Ø  data center functionality and architecture

Ø  Knowledge on IT infrastructure components and terminology.

Ø  ITSM Ticketing tools

Ø  Basic knowledge on network connectivity

·         Certifications

Ø  ITIL V3 service transition certified

Ø  MCSE

Ø  PMP/ Prince 2
