Role: BO Architect

Location: Chicago, IL

Duration: 12+ Months

 

Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills:

·         5+ years in progressive Business Intelligence roles working with SAP Business Objects and SSRS

·         3+ years working in ETL development with tools such as SSIS, Informatica, Business Object, etc.

·         Extensive experience in building BO universe

·         Consideration on the performance of designing the BO universe

·         Multi-Dimensional Modeling, and data warehousing methodologies

·         Advanced knowledge of PL/SQL, Transact-SQL, data modeling, physical database design, and performance tuning

·         Advanced knowledge of data warehousing strategies, design, and implementation

·         Business Objects XI Administration, Management, and Universe Design

 

Roles and responsibility:

·         Experience in reporting/OLAP tool - Business Objects

·         Demonstrated ability to implement business rules using Oracle procedures, functions and triggers.

·         Demonstrated ability to respond to changing priorities, multiple tasks and demands within short timeframes.

·         Create/Update reports, dynamic dashboards as per the requirements

·         Good written and oral communication

·         SQL knowledge and performance tuning experience needed

·         Able to handle project independently and manage client expectations and deliverables in a timely manner
