This nationwide industry leader has an immediate 12+ month contract opening in Dallas for a Business Analyst with PeopleSoft HRMS/HCM or Workday implementation experience.  Will be responsible for meeting with the business to proactively gather, perform analysis, and manage project requirements.  Will be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, technical requirements, use cases and data conversion requirements while working as a project team member.  Will work closely with the Business users, Subject Matter Experts, Technical Lead, Architects, and Vendor to analyze and validate requirements.  The Business Analyst may also be responsible for developing test plans and user acceptance testing.

This position requires:

• 3-5 years Business Analyst experience is preferred.
• HRMS/HRIS/HCM Implementation experience (PeopleSoft, Oracle, or Workday).
• Experience as a Business Analyst on an HRIS/HCM implementation project.
• Strong requirements elicitation, gathering, and documentation experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Change Management and Process Management experience.
• Process and System knowledge.
• Experience with the MS Office Suite and MS SharePoint.
• Excellent end-to-end understanding of business processes, organization, and techniques.
