Position Title : C#/.Net developer(testing)

Locations: Englewood, CO

Duration: Long Term Contract

Local Candidates only, F2F interview required.

Skills & Experience :

Summary : 

We are seeking an Automation Software Developer for software Test Automation systems with the ability to create and maintain internally developed test automation systems. Candidates must possess the ability to work well in a highly collaborative environment and the proven ability to combine skills in development and leadership. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience of implementing and developing new processes for automation as an automation software developer.

Responsibilities :

• Design and build tools used for automated testing of end-to-end digital video ecosystems, including set-top box receivers, hand-held media devices, and web portals
  
• Focus priority on customer-facing applications but when available, effort will be shared with testing internally-developed tools used by Test, Integration, and Support groups.
  
• Continually and effectively communicate strategy, opportunities, and progress to company management and project teams.
  
• Document design concepts, task specifications, and implementation/test details required.
  
• Routinely study application and process behaviors to supersede requirements by proactively evaluating alternative test possibilities, scenarios, and potential issues.
  
• Remain current on new test automation tools and methodologies and communicate trends and opportunities to management as appropriate.
  
• Examine challenges from both a developer and tester viewpoints required.
  
• Creation and maintenance of functional and technical design documents.
  
• Coordinate and communicate with project managers and leadership team.
  
• Work well in a highly collaborative environment and the preventability to combine skills in architecture and leadership.

Basic Requirements :

• BS in Computer Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering
  
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in design, development, and testing.
  
• 5 years of experience working with any of the following C#, ASP.Net, MVC, JavaScript, HTML, web services, and Databases.
  
• 5 years of experience with software development lifecycle workflow (waterfall or agile).
