·         Intercompany, IPO, Plants abroad and Third party sales

·         Product allocation, ATP and batch determination process

·         Shipments and transportation

·         ALE/EDI - PI Interfaces

·         Outputs, Credit management and Incompletion procedures

·         Complaints, credit and debit process

·         Z customisation programs and reports
