TITLE:  LEAD QA TESTERS (3 Qty)

 

Manager needs 3 LEAD QA resources. Candidates need to be great leaders, clear speakers, good writers, and be able to grab a project and run with it. Must be able to direct folks, must also be able to roll up their sleeves and do testing.  All testing done by this team is Manual, but they need to understand Automated testing as well. The team generally has 8 projects every quarter and can have about 20 Service Requests in the queue. These resources will be doing the Planning for next quarter and pass the Testing off to the Manual Testers, but also be able to perform Testing themselves.

Must Have Skills:  7+ years of Manual/Automated testing (stronger with Manual testing) and 2+ years of actual "Lead" experience

ALM for defects

Experience working with ACH, Branch, or SWIFT processing. Also experience with Payments Processing such as with Credit Card or Mortgage.

SOAP UI experience which they use to build XML messages (they do this to simulate what will happen in the production environment).
