POSITION
C# Developer
NYC, NY

This position requires a seasoned C# developer supporting Web Centric applications. The position involves implementing the entire SDLC process. It requires the ability to communicate with constituents and understand the requirements, including mock-ups and workflow and finally the developing the software along with other IT team members.
Major Responsibilities:
· Building enhancements to existing applications as per the specification.
· Development –.NET/C# and web technologies
· Implementing and performing rigorous testing of the software that is developed.
· This position is for senior level developers only.
Required Qualifications:
· AngularJS,ASP.NET mvc, Web API.
· At least 5 years of C# development - .NET
· At least 5 years of IIS/Web development experience
· Front facing: Javascript, bootstrap, JQuery
· Back facing: ASP.NET
· At least 5 years of development experience in an OO language
· SQL Server experience – modeling, queries, optimization
· Strong understanding of the full modern SDLC
· Understanding of Atlassian suite (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
· Experience in the financial industry in Fixed Income &/or Equities is a plus.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Effective presentation skills
· Working knowledge of Windows and IIS
· Experience with automated testing tools
· Self driven -- Ability to lead projects from initiation to completion.
