Must Have experience:
2+ years of Django experience
Expert level Python experience
Strong Experience in Linux operations
Requirements:
Sr. Software Developer
Essential Skills
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent.
Professional experience developing software in Python and Django.
Demonstrable experience designing and debugging software applications and modules for high performance server products.
Strong experience with Linux operations including databases, web servers, LDAP, SNMP, SMTP etc.
Experience with cloud software deployment is a plus.
Strong HTML, CSS and JavaScript skills
Excellent verbal and writing communication skills

As a Sr. Software Developer, you will be responsible to design the client's device management solution that enables the next generation of IT device management experiences. The contractor hired for this position will be part of an engineering team based in Sunnyvale that works with innovative technologies in a fast-paced and creative environment. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is passionate about technology, user experience and possesses an innate understanding of the principles that underpin good software design and employs these principles through the design process.
Key Responsibilities
Estimate the level of effort related to technical design, coding and unit testing
Have a commitment to success and quality and be constantly evolving their skill-set.
Provide recommendations to management on technical solutions
Translate functional and user experience designs into architectural overviews, technical designs, and codes.
Program supportable, maintainable, and efficient solutions.
Develop and execute test plans and test scripts.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and diagnose application/system issues.
Collaboratively contribute with functional analysts, business partners, project managers and developers to an overall technical solution.
Independently write code and resolve defects.
