Role: MDM/Siebel Consultant

Location: Austin, TX

Duration: Long Term

Without H1B copy we cannot submit for H1 candidate

 

Desired Skills and Experience

·         Functional experience and comprehensive understanding of Master Data Management software applications

·         3+ years' experience with Siebel UCM/Oracle Customer Hub as functional/systems analyst.

·         Multiple full lifecycle implementation of Customer MDM projects and understanding of MDM best practices

·         Experience executing data profiling using data quality tools (OEDQ a plus, Informatica IIR also a plus)

·         Experience designing batch interfaces for initial source data loads and incremental data loads

·         Experience designing batch interfaces for outbound publishing and one-time extracts

·         Experience designing real-time interactions to support Customer Search, Retrieve, Create, Update, Delete, etc.

·         Experience analyzing data sets using SQL queries and joins to identify data quality

·         Experience interfacing with CRM and portal applications

·         Solid business acumen related to customer master / customer hub business processes and best practices.

·         Solid knowledge related customer data quality and rules around customer master attributes

·         Experience using MS Visio, ARIS Express, MS PowerPoint

·         Excellent interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communications skills, and adeptness in the art of persuasion

·         Excellent documentation and presentation skills

·         Strong Business and Analytical skill for complex problem solving, demonstrated ability to understand the business problem and to use analytical skills to research and resolve.

·         Exposure/Experience with IBM Infosphere MDM Hub is plus
