Technical/Functional Skills
Analyzes, designs, develops, and maintains, tests and documents ABAP programs in HCM module.
Roles & Responsibilities
· Works with users to support all aspects of the business analysis and design of custom development requirements for the SAP solution including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements and Forms (RICEF).
· Have experience evaluating business needs and developing technical designs.
· Provides on-call support and problem resolution to processing and programming issues.
· Oversees the migration of all SAP custom development through the system landscape in accordance with program procedures and guidelines.
· Ensures smooth integration and rollout of systems into the operational environment by coordinating closely with the affected functional and technical teams.
· Maintains proficiency in technology and tools to enhance productivity and quality of system development.
· Identifies and tracks issues, risks and action items.
· Plans and organizes development work and deliverables.
· Communicates accurate and useful status updates.
· Follows change management process as a product of systems implementations.
· Evaluate project risks and issues and be able to provide or offer solutions.

Role: SAP FICO Functional
Location: NYC, NY
Duration: 12+ Months
Technical/Functional Skills Hands on configuration experience with FICO.
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Configure and support FICO international expansion initiatives as requested
· Configure and support FICO New GL initiatives as requested
· Configure and support FICO WMS Phase 2 initiative as requested
· Configure and support FICO for POSDM - Micros FI support initiative as requested
· Configure and support FICO components of Enterprise Selling initiative as requested
· Provide results for Designing, Configuring, Testing and Supporting FICO initiatives as specified by SAP Director.
· Provide analysis and support for FICO & MM integration or FICO & SD integration.
· Identify and track- issues, risks and action items.
· Comply to change management process
· Provide effective communication as friendly & approachable team player
Project#3
Role: SAP BASIS Consultant
Location: NYC, NY
Duration: 12+ Months
Technical/Functional Skills: Working at a technical level with an understanding of SAP, its underlying database, operating system, and hardware platform.
Roles & Responsibilities
· Interact with development teams, configuration teams, various technical support teams, and business stakeholders to optimize and maintain the overall SAP reliability, availability, and performance.
· The position has a 24x7 on-call commitment and availability for evening and weekend working is required.
· Provide installation, configuration, integration, upgrade and testing services for new projects and on-going maintenance for SAP environments on Sun Solaris servers.
· Analyze, diagnose and resolve computing problems involving system hardware, third party software and operating system software.
· Provide performance tuning, problem analysis, upgrades and system administration for Oracle databases and SAP instances, specifically SAP R/3 4.7, NetWeaver 2004s and ECC 6.0.
· Knowledge in performing client copies, system refreshes, and SAP troubleshooting.
· Experienced in SAP Correction and Transport System and SAP Security management.
· Knowledge of single sign-on (SSO) solutions to portal and backend R/3 and BI systems.
· Evaluation and design of interfaces between SAP R/3 and external systems.
· Coordinate and schedule SAP GoLive sessions.
· Review and implement the recommendations of SAP EarlyWatch sessions.
· Knowledge on SAP data archiving for BI and Enterprise via OpenText IXOS solution.
· Provide support in Unix administration including space management, monitoring, performance tuning and security.
· Maintain standard operating procedures and documentation.
· Communicate regularly with manager: the status of active projects, open issues and decisions that need to be made.
· Communicate regularly with your peers to maximize synergy between systems and to coordinate efforts on large projects.
· Evaluate project risks and issues and be able to provide or offer solutions.
· Follow change management process as a product of systems implementations.
· Maintain procedures and documentation.
