Title: SAP Plant Maintenance Functional Solution Architect
Location: Newark, NJ
Duration: 6 - 12 Months

Description:
· RED HIGHLIGHTED IS MUST HAVE.
· Experience with various Plant maintenance functional solutions architecture with at least 3 project experience of full life cycle of an Asset
· Experience in 3-4 full end to end implementation of SAP PM module
· SAP Customer Service OR Service Management OR Plant maintenance Profile
· Knowledge of business process in asset management/budget and acquisitions
· Experience with system design, configuration, customization, integration, testing and support
· Requirements analysis (Business and Technical), gap analysis and strategic roadmap/blueprint development
· Experience with all aspects of the system implementation including, but not limited to, gathering requirements, designing the future state solution, the development objects related to their process scope, as well as supporting testing and post implementation support
· Experience with EAM certification(s) preferred
· Experience with client facing consulting engagements
· Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
· Excellent soft skills, verbal and written communication skills
· Mentors team members in technology, architecture and delivery of applications
· Successful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities are required
· Ability to articulate and present different points-of-views on various technologies
· Time management skills are a must; as well as the ability to be flexible and creative
