Skill	Technology Lead (C++ and Java)
Years of experience	6+ Years
Offshore/Onsite	Onsite
Must Have Technical Skills	·         Unix Software Developer •                    C++ •                    Java •                    Multi-threading •                    Oracle Database (or PostgreSQL) •                    Tomcat •                    Web Service (Java) •                    (preferred) Good understanding of ALI protocols §  NENA 04-001 §  PAM §  E2 ·         Ability to troubleshoot complex problems ·         Web development experience ·         Any code versioning system knowledge ·         Enterprise Application Development experience is desired ·         Bachelor's Degree or greater in Computer Science or a related field  OR equivalent experience ·         Ability to design UI applications ·         Ability to design backend server applications ·         Excellent oral and written communication skills ·         Ability to independently make accurate and timely decisions
Good to have skills	Good communication skills and stakeholder discussions
