Siemens Interspec Business Analyst

Location: Golden Valley, MN

6 Month Contract

Max rate: $50/hr C2C or DOE

 

Top Skills Needed:

1- Siemens Interspec experience
2- MUST be a strong Analyst that has hands on experience working with business lines and identifying needs
3- Strong Analyst with the understanding of the "Product Management Lifecycle"
4- Degree NOT NEEDED
5- Ideally 2-3 years' experience

 

Note: This role will be heavy on data mapping and manipulating, and business process work.

 

• Responsible for understanding current and future processes, including processes for the entire enterprise.
• Create business requirements documents, generate business test cases from the business requirements including clearly defined use acceptance criteria.
• Assists in defining project benefits/ costs, and participates in project reviews.
• Configuration of Siemens Interspec and/or transfer business requirement into an actionable form for developers to act on.
• Ensure application testing procedures (QA) are executed in conjunction with the technical lead to make sure we are meeting business needs.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience implementing Siemens Interspec in a food environment.
• Strong analyst lead that has proven success on multiple projects in an analyst lead role.
• The individual needs to be a self-starter, a strong independent worker who can hit the ground running with minimal direction, an excellent team player with the ability to learn and adapt quickly, detail oriented, get-it-done attitude, great communication skills, positive work ethic and strong performance.
