- Strong experience configuring Salesforce
- Strong software lifecycle experience: Requirements, Design, QA, etc.
- Experience as a functional lead/project manager who can outline a project plan and identify dependencies/milestones
- Formulating and defining complex system requirements and objectives based on user and industry needs.
- Assisting with implementation delivery and roll-out.
- Facilitating training and working sessions with industry users and business executives.
- Presenting ideas and information in group settings.
- Prioritizing of critical deadlines.
- Interacting with all levels of management.
- Experience working in commercial real estate is a plus
