PHP and MySql Dev, Nashville, TN , 2-3 weeks (Remote)

Position: PHP and MySql Dev

Company: Automasters

Location: Nashville, TN  (open to a remote developer)

 

This would be a short 2 to 3 week contract to complete a project that is 95% done.

 

Responsibilities:

* Write clean , well designed code

* Produce detailed specifications

* Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality

* Follow industry best practices

* Develop and deploy new features to facilitate related procedures and tools if necessary

* Documenting technical specifications * Designing the application according to specifications

* Prioritizing tasks and daily activities Requirements * 15 years of software development experience in PHP and MySql.

* Demonstrable knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX etc

* Familiar with best practices in the areas of web application security, sql injection prevention, input validation, etc

* Good knowledge of relational databases, MySql backend development, testing, maintenance, and documentation.

* Passion for best design and coding practices and a desire to develop new bold ideas

* BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
