Job Title Senior Java  WebServices Developer

Location Santa Clara Valley

Duration 1 year minimum

Skills Required

 

·         Mandatory Skills

1.      Minimum 8+ years experience in senior position in developing web solutions using Java, J2EE 

2.      Solid knowledge of web applications development using J2EE technologies like JSP, Spring, AJAX, Hibernate

3.      Good knowledge of design patters and considerations

4.      Experienced in "developing" Web Services (REST & SOAP) using J2EE technology stack

5.      Experience with Junits and continuous integration using Maven or similar tools

6.      Good understanding of HTML 5, Javascript, JSON, XML, WSDL

7.      App servers – weblogic/ tomcat and jetty

·         Solid knowledge of applications performance improvement techniques and caching solutions like Coherence & TimesTen

·         Experience with build, deployment, testing & performance measurement tools

·         Expertise in scripting technologies such as CGI, Perl, Ruby

·         Familiarisation in PeopleSoft CRM & Mongo DB beneficial

·         Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and communication skills

Job Description

Play hands-on development and design role, and deliver products in a rapid and dynamic environment. The candidate must possess excellent leadership & software engineering skills, be a pro-active solution-oriented individual with strong communication skills.
