Duration: 6+ months

JD :- 

Install, configure, integrate websphere portal, lotus connections and omnifind

Support and maintenance including apply fixes, fixpacks for above products

Work on production P1-P4 incidents related to administration of portal environment

Work on production P1-P4 incidents related to applications of portal environment

Generate/create weekly and monthly status reports

Create/update support documentation

Manual monitoring of deployed application and portal environment

Release and change management

Problem management with product vendors

Synchronize lower environments with releases
