Position: SDN/NFV Consultant

Location: El Segundo, CA

Duration: 6 months

 

SDN & Networking knowledge

Candidate should have strong Infrastructure management experience and should be able to contribute to activities including but not limited to:

Definition and recommendation of target SDN and Cloud architectures with respect to deployment of Video and other content over client's backhaul networks.

Identify and anticipate key trends that impact strategic technology selection enabling SDN and Cloud impact throughout the product portfolio

Perform the competitive analysis of Whitebox Switching, SDN Controller & Cloud based platforms under guidance to finalize solution recommendations

Define the architecture for SDN (Software Defined Networking) Controller and Applications and related North-Bound and South-Bound interfaces.

Provide Domain/ Technical consultation to Pre-Sales, Participate in proposal activities and discussions with customer and client visits as SME:

Participate in relevant POC creation and validation of technical solution when required.
