1. Extensive Datawarehouse experience

2. Strong SQL skills

3. Ability to be assertive (they do not want someone that is just going to say yes)

 

Qualifications required the position

1.      5+ Years professional experience in business systems analysis

2.      Experience Knowledge of various ETL process such as Data mapping and Data Integration

3.      Experience in writing Report Requirements

4.      Experience in Relational databases, data modeling and SQL

5.      Experience in BI and EDW areas

6.      Prior professional experience in the Property and Casualty Insurance Industry

7.      Experience working with XML files to troubleshoot system integration issues

8.      Experience in interpreting and writing Use Cases, Functional Requirements, Screen Specs, and Data Mapping documents

9.      Experience in interacting with customers to gather requirements

10.  Excellent communications skills

11.  Experience in collaborating with Development and QA teams

12.  Able to work in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines
