ITIL :-  ITIL v3 foundation, service design, transition , operations, csl module .

 

Job Description

Assist in defining business requirements and process for IT service management and delivery Conduct strategic assessment of Enterprise IT Service Management environments with respect to people, processes, and technology capabilities relative to industry best practices. Develop and document standards, services plans and key performance metrics that support the delivery of IT Services within an organization Construct future state operating models based on the to be processes Working knowledge of IT Service Management products & tools preferably as ServiceNow.

Other Skills:  Support integration of ITSM within Data centre consolidation project
