Location : Richardson, TX
Duration : Long term Contract
Max Rate: $35/Hr on C2C, 1099

Years of exp: 3 to 5.

Description:
Monitoring of AS/400 applications and must have synon experience or knowledge
Responsible for regular production support activities for all types of priority tickets
Interaction with business users for requirement clarification and resolution of incidents reported
Responsible for replication of issues in lower environment & root cause analysis for major incidents
Participation in implementation and testing
Coordination with Global teams.
