The candidate will perform application design/analysis, development project plans, coding, testing, documenting code, and maintaining and upgrading existing Oracle PL/SQL -based applications. This includes the coding, debugging, and testing of application programs utilizing Oracle PL/SQL – including stored packages, procedures, functions, and scripts.
Skill Requirements
· HTML experience
· CSS experience
· 8 years of experience in Oracle PL/SQL application development
· Experience using JavaScript
· Experience in translating requirements into technical specifications and code to be created using PL/SQL.
Experience working on Oracle Forms & Reports
· Applied experience in computer programming, including analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation
· Optional: Experience developing in C# .NET
· Excellent analytical and organizational skills
· Ability to successfully communicate technical information to non-technical audience
2) Business Process Modeler/Documentation Specialist
MUST HAVE:
1. Strong computer expertise with MS Office: Excel; Word; Project; Visio; Power Point and SharePoint
2. Must demonstrate a self-starting mindset and ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while concurrently flourishing in a team oriented environment
3. Very high level of organizational, time management and business skills
JOB DUTIES:
The process modeler/documentation specialist will be a part of the RMRA (Risk Adjustment Revenue Management) team responsible for the creation of processes and desk level procedures to support the business. The resource will work closely with department teams to capture step by step processes needed to perform and execute on each identified capability. The resource will be required to conduct self-auditing checks to ensure each process documented entails the amount of detail required to follow an end to end process and drive approval process to finalize desk level procedures with appropriate departments.
The documentation specialist role requires the following skills:

¿ Must demonstrate a self-starting mindset and ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while concurrently flourishing in a team-oriented environment

¿ Excellent communication skills including written, verbal, listening, and presentation
¿ Excellent attention to detail
¿ Very high level of organizational, time management, and business skills
¿ Experience multi-tasking and prioritizing work to meet multiple deadlines
¿ Comfortable engaging with multiple stakeholders on single project
¿ Ability to recommend appropriate solutions that enhance communications
¿ Willingness to ask questions rather than just follow directions is required
¿ Detail and process oriented
¿ Strong organization and listening skills to capture multiple requests and update documentation to reflect items discussed
