•                    Need to have the ability to test anything beyond a UI with Selenium. Need a resource that can both create Selenium tests to drive the UI, but also validate that the web service and feed logic is correct.

•                    Need someone who can use Selenium with PHPUnit and git rather than Java, with Maven and SVN
