·         8-10 years experience

o   5 years with Data Warehousing preferred

o   Rest as DBA is ok

·         Strong requirements analysis skills

·         Experience with financial and business to business reporting

·         Ability to work with business users directly and independently

·         Strong documentation skills

·         Strong communication skills

·         Strong dimensional modeling skills

o   Facts/Dims

o   Star/snowflake Schemas

o   Strong data modeling skills

o   Strong data profiling skills

o   Strong data quality skills

·         Strong experience designing BI and enterprise data warehouse solutions

o   strong experience with SSIS

o   strong experience with SQL Server (2008 R2 or newer)

o   strong experience with SSAS (Cubes)

o   strong experience with Reporting Services (SSRS)

·         Data governance experience

·         Ability to supervise BI/SQL Server/SSIS developers

·         experience working as SQL Server DBA

·         Experience in agile/scrum development methodologies

·         Test driven development

·         Knowledge of cloud technologies preferred

·         Knowledge of big data technologies preferred (Amazon RedShift)
