Red Hat Linux Administrator

Location: Atlanta GA

Education:  4-yr College Degree preferably in Information Systems or Computer Science

 

Experience/Skills required:

• 3+ years of Red Hat Linux 5/6 administration (mid to advanced level)

• 3+ years of hardware diagnosis and repair (preferably HP)

• 3+ years of Unix shell scripting experience

• Operating System Clustering (preferably Red Hat)

• Virtualization (preferably Red Hat on VMWare)

   

  Skills Preferred:

• Red Hat Satellite Server

• Kickstart System Deployment

• Configuration Management

• System Monitoring (Tivoli or Nagios)

• Enterprise Storage Area Network (SAN) server side configuration and concepts

• Experience with load balancing technology and concepts

Change Management (HPSM preferred)
