| Detailed job description | · Core Java – Should be well versed in the core Java concepts. Should have worked on Java in a development environment. · JSP/HTML/Javascript – Should have a good understanding of JSP and Java script. Should be able to work on front end client side scripting to add/modify as per the requirements. · PL/SQL – Should have worked on PL/SQL queries. Should be able to write complex Queries involving Joins, stored procedure etc. Understanding of Performance improvement techniques for Database objects · Unix – Must have experience working on Unix OS. · .Net – Should have basic understanding of .Net. Should be able to study & append/modify the existing code. · Web services – Should have knowledge to create & invoke web service · BPM tool – preferable to have any other BPM tool exp · Production Support – preferable to have exp in managing production support · Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis. · Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: (Functional requirements (Business Requirements Document), iii. Use Cases, GUI, Screen and Interface designs) · Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts. · Serves as the conduit between the customer community (internal and external customers) and the software development team through which requirements flow. · Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs. · Be the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams. |
