We need deep server side.   With more multi-threading, concurrency, transaction management.  Phone hire is the process - 2 rounds and possibly a coding test This person will be working in Marlborough   Keys to this Position:   Candidate must have at least 7 years of Core Java experience   Must have experience with Spring Must have experience with JMS Must have multi-threading experience Hibernate is a +   Candidate needs to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Minimum Requirements:

Job Qualifications The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and proven ability to design and deliver solutions relevant to complex business problems. Specific requirements include, in order of importance: · A minimum of 5 years in systems development using Java and J2EE · Strong knowledge and experience with latest Java based development frameworks (e.g. Spring 3.0, Hibernate 4.0) · Strong knowledge and experience with multi-threaded applications · Strong knowledge and experience with message technologies (e.g. JMS, Active MQ, IBM MQ) · Experience developing high performance Trading applications is a plus · Strong motivation and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment supporting a business-critical production environment · Strong analysis, design and modeling skills · Knowledge of software development and testing methodologies and their effective application · Computer Science degree or related field
