Required:

Object-Oriented Programming

Strong ASP.NET/C# skills (Webforms, Web Services, MVC )

Strong Javascript skills

Experience with SharePoint sandbox solutions

Experience with SharePoint's REST endpoints

Experience with the SharePoint 2013 App model

jQuery

Knockout.js

Angular.js

 

Nice to Have:
Flash Dev Experience

ActionScript2

ActionScript3

FLEX

HTML5.

Game Development Experience (2d engines)

Experience : 6-8 years.
