• Supports the item level efforts of all merchandise categories reporting to the Category Manager
• Work with Buyers and Item Set up Team to set up new items and maintain item changes such as: Wal-Mart numbers, item dimensions, rebates, add distributors, remove distributors, retail price changes, cost price changes.
• Works closely with the copywriters and supplier to manage content acquisition.
• Works closely with the Item Set up Team and supplier to manage the procurement and coordination of digital images and/or samples for the site.
• Work with Web Collage, CNET, and easy2.com on product demos and page outlook enhancement.
• Oversees the quality assurance process as it relates to the item's preparation to go live on the site.
Minimum Requirements
• 1-2 years experience in a merchant assistant, customer service, project coordinator, or administrator preferred.
Position: Category Marketing Contactor
Location: San Bruno, CA
Duration: 3 months
Job Description
• The Marketing Contractor's primary responsibility will be maximizing sales, traffic, and profitability for Walmart.com's photo business. The Contractor will help manage multi-channel marketing planning and execution by supporting the General Merchandise Marketing team. The Contractor will also be responsible for supporting other GM categories as needed. The position is based in San Bruno, California.
• Marketing Planning & Execution (60%) Develop and execute multi-channel photo marketing programs as well as seasonal pushes throughout the summer. Help develop and execute multi-channel marketing calendar for appropriate photo department. Mine available data and reporting to guide marketing decision making and programming. Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure one voice to the customer. Assist in response to urgent marketing support requests from buyer team as needed
• Marketing Strategy Development (30%) Represent the voice of the customer in marketing program development. Identify and develop Walmart.com/Wal-Mart Stores marketing partnership opportunities.
• Internal and External Partnership (20%) Collaborate with Walmart.com and Wal-Mart Stores marketing teams, buyers, and site merchandising teams to accomplish goals. Partner with internal marketing team to sell-in supplier support and program execution of co-branded marketing programs. Work with creative and marketing channel teams to ensure on-time, high quality execution of marketing deliverables.
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor s degree in Business, Communications, or related field and 1 year experience in marketing or related field
· First year MBA students preferred
• Additional Preferred Qualifications
• 1 year experience in online marketing.
• 1 years experience managing vendor contracts and relationships.

About the role:
• The Wal-Mart Global ecommerce (GEC) division designs, develops and supports the technology behind Wal-Mart's global ecommerce.
• This position, the Associate Product Manager role, works with the Wal-Mart ecommerce business leads and is responsible for driving the translation of their business processes into descriptive documents that outline what each business area does. This is a wonderful opportunity to learn about end to end ecommerce!
Tasks:
• Leading the business area discovery process, identifying the business areas as they exist today and uncovering new areas that have not been mapped out yet.
• Collaborating with the business during discovery to describe and document the roles, processes, systems, tools, documents, and training materials that are used to do the daily work accomplished by that particular business area.

Position : Kronos Developer
Location : Sunnyvale, CA
Duration: 6 months
- Implementing, converting, upgrading and maintaining Kronos modules including writing pay rules for various business requirements.
- Strong knowledge in manipulating and using relational databases such as Oracle.
- KRONOS Time and Attendance Administrator, i.e. the ability to apply patches, fix software, review release notes and understand the impact of any application changes.
- Work with customer/client and translate functional business requirements into technical specifications and designs to create pay rules, interfaces, reports, etc. using standard SDLC process.
- Write programming scripts to enhance functionality and/or performance of the KRONOS application
