Accountable for leading the delivery of this mission critical strategic, multi-work stream program thru proven large scale program management techniques. Owns delivering and maintaining the master integrated plan (not just individual work stream plans) being executed by a global team with multi-functional team members. A key leadership role that owns the end to end (handover of product requirements thru launch) view of all project activities, ensuring synchronization of cross functional efforts and delivery against project schedule and project budget.
Requires a high-energy, talented, thoughtful leader who can lead worldwide teams to drive process efficiencies, communication transparency and ensure adherence to Client standard processes/tools/methods. This is a high visibility position requiring sound decision-making capabilities and continuous innovation and execution.
Responsibilities:
Program Execution and Management
Lead definition of and execution against a comprehensive master, integrated project plan with strong integration of multiple, cross-functional work streams to develop and deliver agreed business requirements to the marketplace on time, within budget and to defined quality metrics
Ensure project work streams are executed in compliance with Client processes, standards, methods and tools.
Define, measure and present metrics / reports to Senior Level Management to ensure proper project prioritization to support multiple cross functional work streams.
Regularly asses risk in plan and manage thru successfully checking validity against estimates vs actuals and developing options to mitigate
Foster teamwork within team & between team & other groups; Take leadership role with partner groups to gain and maintain alignment & support to achieve project objectives. Gain cooperation and commitment from people using compelling facts and addressing obstacles in a timely manner.
Drive opportunities to improve program management tools and implement use of best practices. Identify gaps and inefficiencies and act as key agent of change to gain agreement and implement changes in processes and workflow design changes.
Project Communication and Reporting
Deliver accurate and level appropriate readouts on program status, issues /alternatives/recommendations reportout to senior leaders and steering committes and ensures same from each workstream lead
Assess program status and actively advises management and colleagues on program status and options and risks to maintain project alignment to on-time delivery, budget, and quality metrics.
Effectively communicate program information (status, risks, financials, etc) in writing in verbal presentations to Senior Management and respond to queries from Senior Management;
Knowledge capture and sharing
Capture & disseminate knowledge acquired during projects to improve S&N product development processes & systems
Team Development and Leadership role modeling
Actively mediate and engage team discussion and debate.
Actively seek collaboration and build relationships with internal partners to improve overall outcomes.
Drive and motivate cross functional teams towards successful and timely project completion.
Build effective teams, instill culture of accountability in cross functional teams.
Provide input to individual performance appraisals to managing leaders & provide compensation recommendations as needed.

A strong background in management of global team (including remote staff) of 7+ years.
Adapts to varying team dynamics and fosters cohesion; demonstrated ability to address under-performing team members / dysfunctional team dynamics.
Able to manage multiple projects with competing priorities across worldwide based talent in multiple time zones.
Work experience in a PMO organization and high focus on SDLC discipline
Responds well under pressure and manage stress.
Can effectively cope with change and ambiguity as business needs change demonstrating flexibility while ensuring compliance.
Makes timely, sound decisions under conditions of uncertainty.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to think and act both strategically and tactically. Demonstrated leadership in forming and driving cross-functional teams Sound business judgment, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to influence others.
Action-oriented and self-disciplined. Ability to clarify and drive project priorities and commitments as well as establish clear chains of project management and accountability across multiple geographic locations.
Demonstrated ability to prepare materials for and present to large executive forums.
Demonstrated creativity in problem solving and possess the ability to analyze and propose solutions based on data.
Ability and willingness for international client and working with international time zones.
Ability to multi-task in an environment of competing priorities.
Well rounded experience and understanding of all functions, including their interrelation and interdependencies.
