Jr. Unix Admin required in PA at $30/hr (locals preferred)

POSITION

Junior Unix Admin

Philadelphia  PA

Rate is 30  per hour

Local candidate strongly preferred , immediate interviews

6+months

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

•             Maintain and troubleshoot UNIX based servers across multiple domains.

•             Assist in deploying new servers, images and updates on an as needed basis.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

•             Associates Degree in Computer Science or other relevant discipline with one (1) year experience or technical course completion and minimum of two (2) years of directly related experience with the maintenance or development of software programs/applications based in Windows, UNIX, C, or other applicable computer languages.

•             Experience with scripting

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

•             Extensive knowledge with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project.

•             Red Hat Linux Enterprise Knowledge Preferred.
