Title: "Business Analyst"

Work Location: New York

Duration: 6 months

Responsibilities:- 

• Complete & consistent data entry and data validation 
• Data investigation and synchronization resulting in data de-duplication between SFDC and another sales automation system 
• Edit rights across records & teams 
• Collaboration between product groups and sales staff on data accuracy and resolving issues 
• User support and user training 
• Create and distribute reports to Management, end-users and support staff in MS Excel and SFDC 

Skill Sets Required: 

Experience in the following areas will be beneficial in this role: 
• Sales operations experience working with a team of client relationship managers, sales and technical support personnel and management team 
• Ability to build relationships and effectively communicate 
• Experience in user support and conducting training sessions 
• Knowledgeable in SFDC to navigate, perform data entry and data management, run and build basic reports 
• A self-starter who will take ownership and responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of the data and developing an operational understanding of the business and its data within their area of responsibility 
• Proficient in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint) 
• Overall, 3+ years' experience as a senior sales operations specialist with strong relationship skills
