Job Description:
Must have prior experience working independently to develop custom reports out of Cognos
At least 3 years of Cognos report development experience (INSIDE THE U.S.)
Pluses:
Any experience with integrations so they can pull data from multiple sources
They will be pulling from a database called UltiPro (the database they use for their HR/Benefits system). If the candidate has worked with that before, it's a huge plus but again, not a requirement.
HRIS experience would be a very nice plus.
