Job Description:
This Strategic Technology/Enterprise Architect resource will be assigned to work with agencies and enterprise projects on behalf of DTMB Enterprise Architecture to aid in the design, development, and implementation of solutions and to ensure the proper design of IT Solutions and the consistent use of technology standards. This position, Senior Enterprise Solution Integration Architect, will be primarily responsible for the Michigan Identity Credential and Access Management (MICAM) solution implementation working with our state IT teams and trusted consulting teams. The MICAM Enterprise Architect is responsible to provide technical solution architecture expertise at the enterprise level to the MICAM project team. The MICAM Enterprise Architect will oversee the coordination of technical related issues for the MICAM project with the Enterprise Architecture Project Sponsor. Enterprise Architecture provides process, design, data classification, application modeling, technology planning and implementation planning for DTMB Agency Services teams and their client agencies. To perform this we need to augment our State Of Michigan staff resources with additional experienced and qualified resource. This resource will be responsible for system architecture migration planning and implementations, working closely with other DTMB teams. The resource will also work with EA to complete required deliverables identified by Gartner in the ICT Assessment.

Experience with identity and access management systems. Experience with leading the implementation of enterprise IT systems. Experience with Enterprise Architecture programs and practices IT Governance experience facilitating technical teams. Working with government agencies and departments
Experience Preferred
Participate in an Enterprise Architecture (EA) Core Team or technology governance committee Developing key IT system project deliverables Knowledge and experience with Capability Maturity Model (CMMi) Experience with agile IT practices
Education Required
Bachelor degree in computer science, management information systems or engineering.
Education Preferred
Masters degree in computer science or business administration or management information systems.
